Educational Qualification:
Manager (IMM/ Stores):
The candidate should
possess a Regular Full Time Degree in Engineering / Technology or equivalent IN
Electrical / Mechanical / Production Engineering along with minimum 6 Years of
Post Professional Qualification Experience.
Manager(tooling):
The Candidate should
possess a Regular Full Time Degree in Engineering / Technology or equivalent in
Mechanical Engineering with 6 years of Post Professional Qualification
Experience in Design / Development of Assembly jigs, Ground Handling
Equipments, Sheet Metal tools etc.
Deputy Manager(production engg.):
The person should
possess a Regular Full Time Degree in Engineering / Technology or equivalent in
Mechanical Engineering/ Production Engineering or equivalent with three years
post professional qualification experience in the relevant area. Engineer
(Quality / Customer Service): The person should possess a Regular Full Time
Degree in Engineering / Technology or equivalent in Mechanical/ Electrical
Engineering with 2 years of Post Professional Qualification Experience in the
relevant areas. Candidates should have high level of proficiency in computers
and should have good command over English and Hindi language. Candidates having
experience of dealing with Customer and having worked in Customer Service or
similar department will have an added advantage.
Engineer (Design) (Mechanical):
The person should
possess a Regular Full Time Degree in Engineering / Technology or equivalent in
Mechanical discipline with 2 years of post professional qualification
experience in the high precision engineering industry/manufacturing
organization with a working knowledge of CATIA V5 or Unigraphics software.
Asst. Engineer (Mechanical):
The person should
possess a Regular Full Time Degree in Engineering / Technology or equivalent in
Mechanical Engineering. In addition to the above Qualification requirements,
candidates belonging to OBC-NCL category should have secured a minimum of 60%
marks and candidates belonging to SC / ST category should have secured a
minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate of all the Semesters / Years or
corresponding CGPA Ratings / Gradation in both Bachelors Degree & Masters
Degree.
Finance Officer:
The candidate should
possess a Regular Full Time Bachelor's Degree (after 10+2) with a pass in final
examination of CA/ ICWA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India /
Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. The Candidate should have 3
years of Post Professional Qualification Experience (PPQE). PPQE will be
calculated from the date of acquiring Bachelor’s Degree or CA/ ICWA whichever
is later.
Asst. Hindi Officer:
The candidate should
possess a Full Time Bachelor’s Degree (3 years after 10+2), from Institutes /
Universities recognized by appropriate statutory authorities in the Country.and
Full Time Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory
Fire Officer:
Regular Full Time
Bachelor Degree of Fire Engineering from the National Fire Service College,
Nagpur awarded by the Nagpur University i.e. B.E. (Fire Engineering)
Senior Medical:
The person should have
acquired the following qualification/s recognized by Medical Council of India.
a) Regular Full Time
MBBS with 2 years of relevant Post Professional Qualification Experience (or)
b) Regular Full Time
MBBS + Regular Full Time PG Diploma in General Medicine with 1 year of relevant
Post Professional Qualification Experience (or)
c) Regular Full Time
MBBS + Regular Full Time PG Degree or equivalent in General Medicine with no
experience. Candidates should have registered their qualification with any of
the state
Medical Council as per
the provisions of Medical Council of India Act.
Senior Medical Officer (Medicine):

Managers/Engineers/Officers Special Recruitment 2016 Selection Procedure:
Posts in Grades – II,
III & IV: Candidates will be shortlisted and called for Interview in the
ratio of 1:10, as per the Rules of the Company
Posts in Grade – I:
Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be called for appearing in the
Written Test. Selection of the shortlisted candidates will be based only on the
Marks secured in the Written Test in order of Merit. Further, selection is
subject to Document Verification in terms of Education Qualification, Marks
Secured, Caste/ Tribe/ Community Certificate etc.
Appointment of selected
candidates is subject to verification of Caste, Character & Antecedents
from the concerned Authorities, as per the rules of the Company.
- Selected candidates can be posted to any Division / R&D Center / Office of the Company the candidates will not be allowed to seek / apply for transfer to any other Division / R&D Center /Office / Location of the Company for initial three years of service.
